The privacy policy outlined below applies to the Social Security data we collect from you. This is our notice to you about why we collect your personal information, how we use it, who we share it with and how we protect the information we collect and maintain.

How and why we collect your personal information:

We ask that you provide us with your Social Security number at the time we initially take your rental/credit application.

We need your Social Security number to verify information on the rental/credit application by all available means including but not limited to conducting employment and credit checks and verifying references. We do not use the information for any other internal secondary purpose.
If you do give us your personal information, we treat it very carefully.

How this personal information is protected:

We will take reasonable precautions to maintain the security, confidentiality and integrity of the information we collect.

Information in your file is confidential and is only accessible to Barbara L. Christensen and her associates.

How and when we will use your personal information:

We do not sell the information we collect.

The personal information you give us will be used only in connection with your rental/credit application and if applicable, your lease agreement.

Who we will share your personal information with:

We may disclose you Social Security number to your employer, credit companies and any other entities required to obtain and verify information submitted on the rental/credit application.
